Good Bye Daniel Kahneman

When his book Thinking, Fast, and Slow came out in 2011, I sent Max's holiday card to him. He was the only person I have ever sent Max's card outside of family and friends. 

David Brooks wrote that this era we live in will be remembered as "Daniel Kahneman's Era".
