Beagles rescued from bankrupt laboratory

I was a fool to assume that story of Pepper (please read it) had changed this country and no dogs were used in any kind of research.

This is still happening. It's heart breaking to see these Beagles.... they have never seen daylight in their entire life. These acts of cognitively superior, civilized humans are nauseating.
